Plot "Las Plantas"
Over the summer, 17-year-old Florencia has to care for her brother, who is stuck in a persistent vegetative state. She bathed him, changed his diaper, and hugged him on the bed. From time to time, she read to him a cartoon called "The Botanical Garden," about the plant souls that control the human body during the full moon. In the evening, Florencia connected with men on the Internet. Images of her drab everyday life and vibrant fantasy worlds merge to create a captivating story of a young woman who dictates her own sexual arousal. Dreamy sequences and atmospheric metal music create a thriller vibe.
